It was truly wonderful to have the opportunity you arranged for us to have our recent snow holiday. (I have a few photos if you need them)After a few days, I realised that I had not been thinking about our draining 'life as it is now', and it was such a strange, light feeling. The kids were thrilled when we got a few inches of snow on the Tuesday night.
The Man From Snowy River hotel was awesome! We just couldn't fault it (except for the fact I gained 2 kilos!). The staff were great, the food was obviously great, the facilities were great, and 9 year old Emerson had a ball at the kids club every night. It was sooo nice after skiing all day to sit in the comfy lounges in front of the fire, waiting for dinner. It was a new experience for us to actually drive up to the resort, and we bought a 12 months National Park pass, so we will be going next year earlier than this year! We just love driving through the national park, seeing the snow all around.
We can't wait for next year. We will definately be staying at 'The Man'.
Our sincere and deep thanks to all the people who made our holiday possible. We all had a fantastic time.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for a
wonderful experience with our recent stay in The Man from Snowy River.
I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, kindness, attention
to detail from the staff I encountered and also the cleanliness and
comfort of the facility.
I must say a particular thank you to you for assisting me with a short
notice room in the circumstance of my other accommodation being
cancelled because I had a child under 3. I would also like to thank
Kobie for making a special impression on my children with the kids
club, they still are talking about him and how nice he is. It is so
rare to find people like this that go the extra mile to ensure the
guests are happy. Tom for always smiling and being so helpful - nothing was too difficult for him.
I was even amazed at the kind nature of all of the restaurant staff.
I will have no hesitation in highly recommending your accommodation to
everyone I know and ensuring they book in with you for a wonderful
experience at the snow. It makes the holiday very memorable.
