Job Application - Chef

As part of our team, our chefs work together to deliver cuisine of the highest standards to our guests. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality food in fast-paced kitchen environment and formal qualifications are required.

You will work closely with our head Chef and General Manager across several food and beverage outlets in the hotel. We serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner in our dining room and lunch and dinner in our pub.

Like all our staff, Chefs will be rostered on rotating early and late shifts in order to give you some time out to enjoy Perisher.
