Job Application - Front Desk -

All team members of the Front Desk will be responsible for welcoming our guests upon arrival, responding to guest enquiries, following check-in and check-out procedures and taking telephone bookings. Previous experience working on a hotel front desk and accurate cash handling is essential. Excellent computer skills are essential.

To join this team you will be guest-orientated, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience. High standards of presentation and grooming is a must, as is your enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.
