Job Application - Duty Managers

Our Duty Managers report directly to the General Manager and are responsible for all hotel operations in the General Manager's absence.

You will need all round hospitality management experience to apply for this job.

To apply for this position, you must have experience in managing very busy bars or nightclubs. You must be very familiar and comfortable with managing late night venues. Experience in restaurant operations (fine dining service) is also required.

Our Duty Managers will need to be able to understand how the front of house operations work, from housekeeping through to front desk and reservations.

You will need a NSW RSA certificate and competency card to apply for this position.
