At this stage, not much has changed from 2020 COVID safe operations. Your stay at the hotel for the 2021 season will be unlike a normal year. We will be operating at a limited capacity and social distancing provisions will apply during your visit.

Here are some things you will need to know about your stay
COVID 19 SPECIFIC INFORMATION
You will be required to sign a liability waiver in regard to COVID 19. This will be emailed to you. This must be signed prior to arrival or we have the right to cancel your booking.
In addition to the waiver you will be sent some automated correspondence in relation to COVID 19 prior to your arrival.
IF YOU HAVE ANY COLD OR FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS YOU MUST NOT COME TO THE HOTEL. IF YOU DEVELOP ANY COLD OR FLU SYMPTOMS WHILST YOU ARE HERE WE MAY ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE HOTEL FOR THE SAFETY OR OUR STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS.
CHECK IN - IS FROM 3PM
Our system will email you an electronic Guest Registration. Check-in must be completed online prior to arriving at the Hotel. Once you have arrived we will give you an envelope with your keys. We are putting our keys onto lanyards so that you can wear them out skiing and there is no need for handing them back and forth over the desk, until departure.
You will be required to present a credit card on check-in. There will be no cash option at the front desk. Cash is able to be used in the pub.
FURTHER ARRIVAL INFORMATION WILL BE SENT
Check out will be automated. We will have a drop box at reception for your keys. You will be emailed a receipt for your charges.
We ask that all guests handle their own luggage to their rooms. Ski tube pick up is still available.
Our staff will assist you to park your vehicle and as per previous years, your keys must be left at reception. Our staff will need to move your car if necessary. There will be no car park access until 3pm. Departing Guests may leave their car in the carpark until 2pm.
SKI LOCKER ROOM AND BOOT ROOM
Social distancing provisions apply and we have organised additional seating in the lobby area for you to put your boots on. Both the Ski locker room and boot rooms will be cleaned regularly to COVID safe standards. You will be allocated boot space for your room
As we are operating at limited capacity, most rooms are being alternated between guest stays, allowing our staff to do a proper deep clean of your room prior to arrival.
There will be no room servicing during your stay. We will have provisions in place for rubbish removal and extra towels if you need them.
All public areas will be cleaned regularly.
We have a fogging machine to sanitise rooms and other areas of the hotel. All our vacuum cleaners have HEPA filtration to ensure a very high standard of cleaning.
As we are unable to operate our buffet, breakfast will be booked in two sittings for a-la-carte service. 0700-0800 and 0800-0900. Those with ski school bookings will get priority for the earlier sitting. We are going to offer a great takeaway option for breakfast if you want to get out onto the hill quickly.
OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER WILL ASSIST YOU TO ORGANISE YOUR BOOKING WHEN YOU ARE HERE.
If you have dinner included in your stay, you will be enjoying your dinner in our dining room.
To allow us to provide dinner to all our guests, group bookings are not available in the dining room this season.
Priority for earlier bookings will be given to those with young children.
OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER WILL ORGANISE YOUR BOOKING AND WILL BE IN TOUCH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Will not be operating this season.
Will be open and we are hoping to provide live music for Après entertainment daily 4pm - 6pm. Social distancing provisions will apply.
The pub may only be accessed from the external door so we can manage numbers. All guests in the pub will be required to enter name and phone details for contact tracing.
The pub will be available for LUNCH. Takeaway options are available and we have online ordering for takeaway. This is a great option as we can text you when your meals are ready.
Will be open for massage, treatments and hair services. You may book on our website
CLOTHES DRYING ROOM
Will be available. This area will be fogged every evening. We will give you details on check-in

STEAM ROOM AND GUEST GYM
Will not be available during your stay
Please keep an eye on the Perisher website for updates on ticket sales. Please note that we will not refund bookings due to inability to get tickets. For this reason we strongly advise our guests to buy EPIC Australia passes.
